These pages hold my favorite entries.
They are personally symbolic. The first entry describes how my mind works - everything connected, woven together. It’s both a blessing and a curse. I’m noticing all the patterns, layers etc. I often sense or see layers of meaning in an abundance of possibilities. One good thing is: I’m never bored.
The first four days of this section, drawn in black and white, spring from drawing Celtic knots. The techniques for drawing similar knots are included in The Keys to Drawing Celtic Knots course.

The second spread is my favorite spread in my 100-day project journal so far. I am very excited about starting a new garden and ordered some seeds.
My favorite day’s entry is the one with the apple and the three birds. I eat and apple nearly every day. It reminds me of my grandma who did the same thing. If I don’t have an apple, after a few days, I start to crave one. My plan is to plant a little apple tree, my daughter Jennie grafted, in the new raised bed. The three birds represent my three granddaughters and their love of the garden and the joy they bring and spread like wind-blown seeds.
